What does "Activation limit" reached mean?
Q. I Get the error message activation limit reached when I try to activate Online Armor. I already uninstalled it from my old PC, why do I get this message?
A. Online Armor tracks how many times it has been installed. When you want to install Online Armor on a different computer, you need to go into the "User Area" on our website, and remove the old installation.
You might also have to follow this step if you reinstall windows, or change you hardware.
Some Online Armor keys (family packs) allow installation on to multiple computers. Take care to remove the correct one.
If you still have problems, contact us using the support form. We’ll need to know your licence key.
How to access the Online Armor user area
When you purchased Online Armor, your licence key will have been automatically linked to your purchase records, including your email address. At this time, we create a "user area" password for you.
The first time you visit the user area, you can choose the "Send me my password, please" button. This will email your password to the email address you registered with.
